You can request a refund of an online payment within 7 calender days. You can request the refund via tenant secure communication portal of your property page, email your assigned property manager or call us at 770-623-9590.  You will receive a credit for your payment if it meets the refund criteria.

Return Period

Return online payment within the time frame. The return period begins on the date the payment was made online.

• 7 days for monthly rental payment
• 7 days for rental application fee (if the tenant screen process has not already began)

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card or PayPal account.
