The Housing Source is a part of TurnKey Realty that is a Full Service Real Estate firm established in January 2010. It emerged from the parent company Adams Georgia Properties that was engaged in providing financial services and real estate investments since 2006.

Meet the Broker

My name is Dee Kolsawala. I am the managing broker of TurnKey Realty. I have 11 years of banking, finance and Real Estate experience. I worked for First National Bank of Chicago now Bankone as an Assistant Branch Manager. I worked for Century 21 as a Realtor. In January of 2010 TurnKey Realty was created to put my experiance and passion to work in the business that I so dearly love.
